I, for one, have. Birthdays are something special to celebrate! I am not going to wait for someone to give me what I want- I am going to go out and get it! Seeing so many people come through the doors of Adeline & Grace has definitely taught me to appreciate the stage of life that you are in and to capture it.
I used to cringe at the thought of having another birthday but now I embrace it. I look at how much wisdom I have now vs when I was 20. Or 25. Or 30. Over the last 5 years, I have definitely been through the ringer. I have a new found appreciation for self love. I have to say that one of the best presents you can give yourself is to capture your smile. Capture the body that you have been given and love it. Be kind to yourself and celebrate gaining another year under your belt! ❤️
