I want to share something with you all that I believe will help motivate you with your fitness journey…
Last week, early in the morning, I saw a lady get dropped off at the gym in a taxi and I didn’t think too much about it until the next two mornings I saw her get dropped off again. After striking up a conversation, it turns out that she is blind…like woah! How did I not connect the dots?! I then saw her a day later and she had her guide dog with her…I was like holy crap….this lady has all of the excuses in the world that she COULD use but, nope! no excuses! She’s waking up early, arranging a ride, navigating an ever changing gym layout all in the name of fitness…honestly, it is just incredible to me. Watching her and listening to her story really made me think about my personal fitness goals and if you really really want to do something, you gotta do it. You’ve gotta figure out a way to do it!
