How We Ship Your Order
All orders ship from California within 3 business days of purchase. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which typically delivers within 1–3 business days after your order leaves our hands — so most customers receive their orders within a week of ordering.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Condition Required
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

Hygiene Items — No Returns
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on panties, pantyhose, or any intimate items that come into direct contact with the body. We recommend trying on lingerie over your own underwear as a hygiene barrier before removing tags.

Sale Items — Final Sale
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. This will be noted on the product page at time of purchase.

How It Works
Starting a Return

Email orders@adelinesintimates.com within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return.

Ship It Back
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we can't issue refunds for items lost in return transit without tracking confirmation.

We Inspect & Process
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return conditions, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
